I got my order a little sooner than I was expecting, so that was nice. The tracking updated good too. Only thing is I wish the dispatch email came a bit quicker, but overall the shipping was good.

The materials feel really solid, and the finish is clean overall. I did notice one tiny uneven stitch on my hoodie (not a huge deal), but it still feels well made and like it’ll hold up nicely...

The site looks nice overall, but I wasn’t sure if it was just me or if it felt a bit confusing to use. Some pages loaded slowly, and the checkout process felt kind of messy, like I had to double-check what to do next.

I ordered from Ambush Design the whole delivery process was just frustrating for no reason. The delivery date kept changing, the tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to support, they basically just told me to keep waiting. It finally showed up much later than expected, and there wasn’t really any apology or proper explanation. It felt like such a simple thing was made way harder than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.

Every time I find something I actually want, my size is already sold out. It’s so frustrating, and it feels like they just don’t bother keeping enough stock. I’m tired of wasting my time checking back for stuff I can never buy.

I reached out to support expecting at least a quick response or some kind of update but I barely heard anything back and it just felt like I was waiting around with no idea what was going on

The tracking was basically useless and barely updated, so I had no clue where my order was for what felt like forever. I emailed them hoping for some kind of answer, but the replies were slow and so vague they might as well have said nothing at all. it was insanely frustrating and way more stressful than it needed to be. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again

Everything showed up just as expected. No mix-ups, and the size was right, so I’m happy with it. Straightforward purchase overall.

A few of the pieces are cool, but a lot of the designs felt like they were just copied from whatever’s trending right now. For the price, I was expecting something more original. On top of that, the way it was handled felt careless, the packaging looked rushed, and it didn’t really feel like much attention was paid to keeping everything in good shape. Overall, it was kind of a letdown.

I ordered from ambushdesign.com and everything arrived fine, so that was reassuring. Shipping was smooth and the item itself is great. The only thing that threw me off was the international duties/fees at delivery, they ended up being higher than I expected. I would’ve felt a lot better if that had been made clearer before checkout. Still happy with the purchase, just wish I’d had a better heads-up on the extra cost.

The return process was okay, I guess, but the refund definitely took longer than I expected. Not exactly a speedy experience, but it eventually got handled

I ordered my normal size because that’s what I always wear, and I even checked the size chart first, so I really don’t think this was on me. The fit was just strange, the shoulders were way too tight, but then the waist had this loose, awkward shape that didn’t sit right at all. I couldn’t see myself actually wearing it, so I ended up returning it, which was frustrating because I just wanted an easy piece that fit. Maybe sizing up would help, but I’m not even sure. For the price, I expected the sizing to be a lot more consistent.

I don’t know, I just had a really good feeling about this after it showed up. I was kind of expecting it to feel cheaper or cost more for the quality, but it actually feels solid and looks pretty much exactly like the photos. The price felt fair, and overall I’m just really happy with it. Definitely feels like I got my money’s worth, and I’d buy from Ambush Design again.

I was disappointed with this. The fabric felt cheap right out of the package, and after just one wear the stitching started coming loose. I even went back and checked my receipt email to make sure I hadn’t paid less than I remembered, because the quality really didn’t match the price.
